The only coffee shop I can go to and KNOW my drink is going to be amazing every time. They stay busy but it’s always quick for drinks. Sometimes there’s a wait for food but they make their bagels/sandwiches as you order so I don’t mind. I will continue driving 20 minutes from work for their matcha and coffees

Usually birdies is DELICIOUS! But today it fell flat bad! Found a cockroach dead on the floor, couch was dirty, someone came in and got behind the counter with every other word being a curse word being very loud about it then just leaving? It was disappointing. The food was not even that good today which made me sooo sad. During the week this place has been delicious but today not so much.

I've really tried to support this business and the young entrepreneurs who own it, but when your online ordering is down and you don't answer the phones so people can place to-go orders, it's a little frustrating. I know they're working hard and I praise them for that, but either get the online ordering up and running or answer your phones.
