Workers are extremely lazy and disrespectful and passive aggressive. People like them shouldn’t be in the SERVICE industry. The only reason I’ll give them 2 stars is for a very mediocre bagel.

This place is actually pretty good. The food is good and the coffee is very good. However, they have a habit of just being closed whenever they feel with no notice. Sometimes without even putting a sign on the door. My son has been extremely sad a few times now due to this. They are also extremely slow to cook food. Just be prepared if you attempt to visit.

The place is great except for the fact that it is never open when they say it is open. The sign out front says Saturday open at 8am and it is 9am on Saturday and the place is closed. Not the 1st time this has happened either.

The coffees were made quickly and the person working the register was very helpful when we had questions and was very friendly. The food took a little longer, but it was busy and the food was worth the wait. It was all brought out to us hot and fresh. Would absolutely come back again

The only downside is that their hours aren’t consistent, it often shows as open online but when you arrive, the place is closed. It’s disappointing because the food and coffee are worth it, but the unreliable schedule can be frustrating for customers.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast sandwich and shared our last meal with friends who were heading back home. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I also drank one of Birdie’s fall coffees, which was so good that I ordered another one, only cold. I have never done that. The people are nice, and the food tastes great. I will go back.

vanilla iced latte was white.. bagel was barely filled and overpriced. cashier was also passive aggressive and did not answer when I asked for the price of the bagels. would not recommend and will not come here again, not worth it at all.

I have tried to come to this place atleast 5 times, all within their business hours they have posted online and on their door. Not once have they actually been open. Dont waste your time going to this place.

We drove an hour to get here and it’s an hour wait to get a bagel. Glad they are popular but they need more employees to support the growth. Really wanted to experience this establishment. Only got a coffee and went somewhere else. I don’t understand how they can only make one bagel at a time.

The absolute best coffee I've had in this town this far! We've been trying every coffee place recommend and this one is the only one that lives up to the hype! Plus they actually have food options, very delicious bagel sandwiches! The owners, baristas, and cooks, are very kind and can always recommend something new if you're into that.
I like the two baddies who made my matcha and my dad’s awesome caramel latte. He liked it so he did a jump with joy and said “HIP HIP HARRAY!”

While I’m sure this is a great place to eat breakfast during the week I would probably advise not doing so on a Sunday due to the lack of tables available to sit and eat with a heavy crowd. Due to that, wait time for food was at about 45 min to one hour which many people decided not to wait for. I was willing to do the wait just because I had been eager to try it out. Not sure if it was just a lack of employees or due to it seeming the whole kitchen was just high school students. A girl going in and out of the kitchen taking out food was wearing UGG SLIPPERS in the kitchen with her bare feed which I found a little unsettling considering I was about to eat there. I only help with this review to encourage improvements cause overall it is a cute spot with a good atmosphere.

The only coffee shop I can go to and KNOW my drink is going to be amazing every time. They stay busy but it’s always quick for drinks. Sometimes there’s a wait for food but they make their bagels/sandwiches as you order so I don’t mind. I will continue driving 20 minutes from work for their matcha and coffees
