So my husband and I are from Houma, Louisiana (south of New Orleans) and this was our first time eating from here and we're both HIGHLY impressed 😁 the snow crab legs were delicious! 10/10 we'll definitely be ordering again 😊
Got seated more quickly than quoted. Drink order was taken within 2-3 minutes. Appetizers arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. Food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. Everything tasted great. Service was on point.
I enjoy going to hook and reel. The only downfall is the price. It's pretty pricey but most seafood places are. I also didn't like that they charge a huge gratuity to parties of 6 or more. We were a group of 7 adults with 4 separate bills and we were each charged between $20-25. We are very good tippers...the reason I don't like it is cause the tip is guaranteed. What if the server isn't worth the $80-90 we all paid?
