I typically order a smoothie from the older/retired menu. Some locations have a hard time finding the recipe, but Kalia was super helpful today at the Midland location making our citrus squeeze. She was the only employee working but did a fantastic job.

Worst Jamba Juice. First time went there the lobby wasnt open, they didnt have any bowls, didnt have any kids size. Second time we waited for 15 minutes and they didnt say anything through the drive thru so we pulled up when we could and they just ignored us and had a sign that said they were closing early (at 6 and we were there before 5:45). Gave it one more shot and they didnt have ANY of their juices available. The employees appear to just simply not care about customer service just to top it off. Very disappointing.

Employees are unprofessional. Sat at the driver through speaker to order for about 10 min waiting they never came on. There were cars in front of me when I pulled up they put a sign up that said they were closing at 6 today. I was at the window before 6 and in like before that. They intentionally wasted my time.

Smoothies are the best! Drive through is the worst. How does it take 30+ to get 1 drink? This is unacceptable at this point. And the lobby is NEVER open. They’ll look at you through the window and refuse to open the doors. And the taped over paper signage on the menu is very trashy. Just very poor service and unacceptable drive though times.

So much promise. Menu and product are great as always, but it's harder to justify going with the service.The lobby has been closed every time I've tried going recently and the drive thru is incredibly slow. Here are things they can't or won't do:- Open their doors to their customers- Accept 100s- Accept 50s- Accept Google Pay- Accept Apple Pay- Tell you how much your order costs.Once again, great product, but with the awful service and signage and lack of employees, management is really dropping the ball.

Usually pretty decent service but the new staff is slow and incompetent. Walking with my kids and they wanted a Jamba Juice. sign says lobby is closed so we walked through the drive thru. One car in the drive thru and we had to wait 15 minutes behind them and another 5 minutes to get us one small smoothie, terribly slow service… I could’ve walked home and made a smoothie by the time they got it to us. Not recommended unless you want to pay $10 for a $2 smoothie and wait 20 minutes for it.

Journet at Jamba Juice over charged my child and then was really unprofessional and rude about it for her kids small smoothie. It was the first and only time I'll ever have been there. Went back inside to try and get it fixed they almost made her cry. Refused to give me a receipt at all. Lucked the lobby door when I asked for their names to report them. Answered the phone with "hey what up?!" I'm raising awareness about this place. They charged me $8 for a kids small smoothie?!?!

Location is great but the staff is next level, unbelievably slow. You get trapped in their drive through and your stick for 25-30 minutes then they get around to you and they are slow and rude. They took away Styrofoam cups that actually keep a cold beverage cold which I know is corporate and not this location but honestly this location leaves me not wanting to return. There are other competitors in the area that are not as expensive or rude
