Smoothies are the best! Drive through is the worst. How does it take 30+ to get 1 drink? This is unacceptable at this point. And the lobby is NEVER open. They’ll look at you through the window and refuse to open the doors. And the taped over paper signage on the menu is very trashy. Just very poor service and unacceptable drive though times.

So much promise. Menu and product are great as always, but it's harder to justify going with the service.The lobby has been closed every time I've tried going recently and the drive thru is incredibly slow. Location is great but the staff is next level, unbelievably slow. You get trapped in their drive through and your stick for 25-30 minutes then they get around to you and they are slow and rude. They took away Styrofoam cups that actually keep a cold beverage cold which I know is corporate and not this location but honestly this location leaves me not wanting to return. There are other competitors in the area that are not as expensive or rude
