Longhorn is one of my favorite restaurants in Midland TX. Friday October 4,24 me and 5 of my friends decided to have dinner at Longhorn. Walk in to hostess station the manager (Christian Vasquez)was there took the parties name and said it would be five mins. 10 mins went by and two couples was seated before us and we were there before them. Come to find out the manager never put our name on the list and the host never asked if we had been helped after sitting there for 10 mins....
Pretty place to have dinner. I had the chicken fry, and it was more enough. It was good.. The waitress was good kept checking on us. It took a little while to get our food, but you can't rush steaks. Lol.
This is the thing. We walk into the restaurant 7pm Saturday and we see the parking lot is not that full and over half of the tables in the dining area are empty then we’re told there will be 35-45 min.wait for the table. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or the Chefs can’t keep up with the work load. There is just no desire to serve a full restaurant. Greeter gathered around talking and wait staff up front talking or standing at the pass. The Food is good and the waiters...
