visited the restaurant today around 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, my first impression wasn’t very positive because the front of the restaurant seemed quite disorganized. On the bright side, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

However, the manager’s attitude was disappointing. They should improve the way they communicate with both customers and staff. Guests come to enjoy a pleasant dining experience, not to witness or become aware of the restaurant’s internal issues. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience.

I recently just went to macarenas. It has been a favorite restaurant of ours until our last visit. After I finish my meal a cockroach literally is walking around our table. I suddenly feel disgust and fear, I cannot get myself to go back there anymore. The foods flavor is not the problem. They actually have good tasting food it’s just, the major problem is the cleanliness of it all. If there’s roaches in the front of house, I can’t imagine what the back of house is looking like. On top of that me and my father were expected to pay full price for a roachy meal like are you serious????. I told the manager or a man who seemed to be the manger and he said he’d check. He literally didn’t gaf. It was really gross. Like If someone told me they spotted a roach at my establishment, I’m getting to the problem and shutting the restaurant down immediately , then calling an exterminator. This is just unacceptable. And it sucks because we loved macarenas before this. Unfortunately I cannot see myself ever returning. I would not recommend purely for the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I got the Tres Amigos, I really enjoyed it meat was tender the cheese sauce was awesome.

We had a wonderful experience dining @Macarenas! We had a large group and the service was great and food delicious!

Went in Friday around 5PM. Not too busy. Service was fast. Food was great. I always love eating here. It does get packed sometimes later in the evening.

First time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was great The staff was friendly. Our waitress was very patient with us and went above and beyond to serve us and make sure our time there was perfect.

The host was upset we asked how sit in a section that was quiet. The music is very loud. The food isnt consistent. Sometimes its really good others its not even what you ordered.
