Marty G's Cajun Restaurant Reviews
Went there last night. Best crawfish and gumbo. Hands down the best. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff!
Awesome service! Wonderful food. The only authentic Cajun food around, except for what comes from my kitchen. I miss Louisiana, but this brings a little bit of Louisiana to the basin. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and the food. Fresh seafood and some of the best Boudin I’ve had. You got to try it.
Recommend 10/10 Best Cajun food truck in the Permian basin. Justin and his father are guys who are from Louisiana and when it come to there food you can definitely taste it! The gumbo and Boudin balls were amazing and there spring rolls were awesome as well! They go to woodys every Saturday and it’s worth it!
Marty G's Cajun Restaurant offers a taste of authentic Cajun cuisine with dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp stew, and etouffee. The food is generally flavorful, with the crawfish and boudin balls being favorites for many customers. The crawfish are fresh, decent-sized, and come with one delicious flavor, while the boudin balls are highly praised. Desserts such as bread pudding, cheesecake, and beignets are popular and considered must-try items. The service is friendly and attentive, with owners who are very polite and welcoming. The restaurant is BYOB, and although they do not sell alcohol, customers enjoy bringing their own drinks. Some dishes have been overdone or too salty, and occasionally, orders come out cold or burnt, but overall, the experience is pleasant. It is a great spot to enjoy Cajun food that rivals what you'd find in New Orleans, making it a hidden gem worth visiting.
