This place is so unexpected in Midland. I thought it was a fish and chips restaurant but it is one of the best ramen houses I have ever been to.Great menu and the dishes are executed flawlessly. They have a great selection of Japanese beers and Saki as well as a full bar.Ample seating and the parking is no problem as the city has painted parking stripes on the overly wide street.Stop in for a meal or a nightcap. I hear breakfast is amazing but I have not been there in the morning...read full review
Mister Chip’s is AMAZING!!! SO happy such a unique restaurant is here in Midland, TX! The food is unique and delicious and the atmosphere is trendy and upscale. We ordered several plates for our party of 4 and absolutely loved everything. If you haven’t been you should definitely go!
When you get there be sure not to park in the back parking lot. A note is on the door that your vehicle may be towed due to lot belonging to police department. On another note the food was delicious. The egg rolls are huge and come with a great dipping sauce. It is a little pricey but we will
