Coming into Midland for family business, I was able to stop by the week after Thanksgiving to check this place out. I needed some “me time” after a very trying week! Had an amazing drink and was able to relax and read a new book I chose. I actually picked 3!! Terry, a longtime family friend recommended more! I can’t wait! The Matthews and their girls have done an outstanding job putting this all together! I can’t wait to stop and visit again!
The best book store! Amanda is so sweet, and great about recommending books that her readers will enjoy. I really love all the events that they host as well. My daughter said this is her favorite book store

Paper & Vine Book Bar is a wonderful bar and the best book store. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super helpful with book recommendations and menu suggestions. The owners and employees are just as wonderful as the absolutely beautiful space. The food is delicious and just enough for a light lunch, and the drink selection is perfect for the cozy and cute atmosphere. The book selection and other shopping area are perfect. The restaurant hosts great book clubs and events. It is THE go-to bookstore in Midland. Swing by for a drink or stay and relax. Either way, it will be fun. This is a 10/10 spot.
