Like the food

The chips were stale, cilantro not fresh, there was food on our chips that we didn't order cashier was rude over charge got the order wrong ,when she called are order she kept saying the wrong number

Food need to be more hot food not so great but I was hungry enchiladas weren't hot enough cheese not melted enough chalubas weren't crippy enough.

I went in and asked for six tacos and got four tacos and then they still got my order wrong ,after we got the corrected them and complained they still got it wrong.. the service was horrible.

Every time I go in this location my order is always wrong! I guess you think all your customers speak Spanish. The person taking the orders hardly ever speak English and because of that they get the order wrong! The last time I was there I ordered a beef fajita burrito and a side of rice. When my number came up all they had was the rice ! He never charged me for the burrito so I had to go back to counter and tell someone who did speak English. Of course, I was then charged for the burrito anyway. Bottom line, the people at the register taking orders should be able to speak English! So tired of wrong or missing orders. Do better!

Rude drive thru. I went on a Wednesday morning around 8:25 am. It was no where packed. It looked like it just opened. I ordered fajita tacos and was told only fajita with eggs they had at that time. I said sure that sounds good. Ordered 3 and a bean burrito. I went to the window no wait. My order was ready. I asked for red salsa she said it was already in the bag. I said awesome paid and left. Driving out passing burritos I noticed was missing 1 fajita. We were on 1-20 driving out. Then opening up burrito its all egg. No steak. I've been on hold for 15 minutes to speak with management. And still waiting. Hung up called back again. Asked to speak with manager. Explained i was traveling and he just interrupted me asking whe. Im coming back . Rude staff.

First time at this location.

Worst experience will not be back, tonight my order was messed up and i had to go back and got the worst attitude, they were laughing and talking while I was ordering so they used the excuse oh we didn't hear you, then I had to go back a second time because my rice was forgotten, got home realized my side of jalapeños was forgotten, and the ice was put in the Togo bags instead of an ice bag, im disgusted and will never be back.

TERRIBLE PLACE DID NOT WANNA GIVE ME THE RIGHT FOOD WHEN I PAY AND GO HERE ALL THE TIME AND I WENT LAST NIGHT AND THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER SO I TRIED TO GET THE RIGHT ONE TODAY AND THEY REFUSED CUZ NO RECEIPT AND WHATEVER ELSE EXCUSES THEY WILL MAKE UP TO NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR. DO NOT GO HERE
