Every time I've ordered, whether it be through the drive-thru or inside, I have always been taken care of by Becky. She is amazing! Great customer service. She always has me leaving in a better mood than I arrived.

This is a good Schlotzsky’s. The lady at the register, who always seems to be the same person is very friendly and helpful. The food sometimes takes a little long to come out, like when they’re busy for lunch with the drive-through, but I enjoy eating there.

Tasty sandwich, as always. However, I customized my order and NONE of the customizations were done. Requested no tomato; had tomato (thankful I don't have an allergy to them!). Requested extra onions; regular amount. Requested extra olives; received none...Sourdough bread was excellent!
