It was raining when I drove up to the location, I thought about going through the drive thru but I chose to walk in instead and I’m glad I did because the employee Neveah gave me the best customer service I’ve received since living in Midland and the atmosphere was superb 10/10 I recommend.
They did good. They forgot my apple fritter but they are human. I survived and ate the rest of my donuts in peace.
Landmark place to get a doughnut and cup of coffee.

Shipley Do-Nuts is a fantastic spot for warm, fresh donuts with fast and friendly service. The staff is great, making the experience worth it despite the need for extra time at the gym. While the jalapeño sausage cheese kolaches were a bit lacking in spice, the overall representation of the chain was well done. The coffee, unfortunately, fell short of expectations, being described as really awful. Despite this, the donuts maintain their reputation for freshness and deliciousness, making Shipley Do-Nuts a great stop for a tasty treat.
