Great donuts, but awful service. I always sense irritation when I’m simply ordering, and then if I correct them or ask them to confirm they get defensive. Today, I could tell the woman at the window was irritated so I checked my order before I left, she intentionally left out one of the donuts I paid for. While I caught that before I left, when I got home she gave me completely different kolaches than I ordered.

The staff is super friendly and polite always a good morning greetting, everytime I go the donuts are warm and fresh, even the coffee hot delicious,however the new manager makes atmosphere in establishment feels welcoming ,very clean, smell good ,when I walk in the door the music is relaxing,peaceful excellent service, place 10/10
