Ordered online, our order was completely incorrect 4 out of 4 were missing condiments. The tater tots were not cook completely. Bad experience for 50 dollars of food.. very disappointing. Did not mention anything at all.
Great service and food was fresh had one slight problem my drink was flat at first asked for another and they asked me to taste still wasn't good asked for something different and Anastasia made sure I got the drink I wanted went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied that's what great management is about shout out to you Anastasia your truly appreciated ? ?

( 7/8/24) My Boyfriend Went To Sonic Order Two Burgers. When He Came Home With My Burger It Was Completely Wrong.. I Ordered A Bacon Cheese Burger With Mayonnaise On Both Buns ( Bottom & Top). What I Got Was A Double Meat A slice Of Bacon They Cut In Half, Mayonnaise Slapped On The Top Bun, THAT NOT WHAT I ORDERED!! It Is Totally Sad When You Cannot Get What You Ask For, And Have To Pay For What You Didn't Order.. And Before...
