One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I went with my family through the drive thru, and it was our first time there so we were deciding what we wanted. When we were ready we pulled up to the window, and no one opened the drive thru window. Multiple employees passed across the drive thru window not a single one opened the window. We were the only car there, then 2 cars pulled up behind us and they still didn't open the window! We waited, waited, and waited yet they still didn't open the window. We decided to finally leave, and when we did they opened the window for the next car. If they were mad at us for looking at the menu they need a complete retraining on hospitality towards a guest it was disrespectful behavior not a single person opening window even though multiple employees were in the building. No wonder the competition across the street was full but they barely had anyone this kind of attitude keeps customers away.

Best Aguas in town and Best prices!!! I love this place!

I’ve been to this place multiple times ordering the same thing (ham torta). Lately something has always been missing whether it be the cheese or the ham or the avocado. What sucks is that we still pay the full price even though the ingredients are missing!! The employees really need to pay attention because this has happened more then over it has officially gotten frustrating. All that money wasted to not even get what you ordered 🙄

In this place you will feel like you are in Mexico. No doubt. They have a huge variety of Agus Frescas and ice cream. The place it impeccable, clean and organized. They also have a drive thru

0 stars got a oreo milkshake for $8 and it was LITERALLY just chocolate milk. It was watery and no consistency of a chocolate milkshake. Worst $8 spent ever this was my first time coming to midland and this place left me disappointed.

The fruit plate I ordered were remarkably fresh and flavorful, offering a dining experience that is certainly worth exploring

No complaints about the products, everything is delicious, but it's not worth the 35-minute wait because they prioritize drytrue. It's a shame they lose customers due to poor service.

They serve you in a very bad way, they specify how you ask for things, they give it to you badly and they still speak badly to you, the customer service with the new workers is terrible.

I went for some local parents and they didn't give me Cueritos (it's happened to me many times)

They serve you in a bad way, he is despotic and speaks badly, I asked for just one thing, he gave it to me wrong and he didn't want to return the money for the product he didn't give me, they kept my money!

The caribe it’s not good because its more pepino and cacahuates than the other ingredients very disappoint

The aguas frescas are refreshing! Every snack I’ve tried has been so good, too! The drive-thru menu has many options, but bring your glasses the print is tiny!
