Was very disappointed in night crew at a certain Taco Villa. Employees making fun of customers as they were leaving. This done in front of other customers. There seems to be no management that takes control.
When you go to the drive through here on Midland Drive, they never get your order right even if its 3 simple items. How hard is it to get this wrong??? My wife ordered cheese nachos and when she got home they forgot to put cheese on the chips. Really!!! Boils down to laziness and people who don’t want to work there. Management, you need to start firing people to let your employees know that constant errors like this will not be tolerated. Unacceptable!!!!
