Nice spot to have a drink. Live music and a very nice humidor. I was very pleased to find a bar where you could purchase a good cigar and sit and smoke with a good cocktail or beer. %100 recommend

I have visited Buffalo Nickel a few times while visiting Midland for work and enjoyed my visit every time. It has a nice easy-going, small-town Texas feel to it which is hard to describe unless you've lived in a town like this like I have. The inside is typically nice and chill; an ideal environment to grab a cocktail or two and conversate with a date, coworker, group of friends, whatever.

Out of all the bars I have been to in Midland, I think Buffalo Nickel has the best selection of whiskey especially. I am not a huge whiskey aficionado but I have heard from ones that this is the place to go. I am more of a tequila and beer guy and they have everything I want.

The unique thing about this bar is that the back patio is smoke-friendly. I am guilty of wanting some nicotine after some drinks so this is a great place for me. They also sell cigars if that is your thing.

The drinks are good. The atmosphere is nice.
The cigar room is always stocked with a nice variety to choose from.
They have some snack type items but I don't believe they serve any meal type foods.
Great place to hang with friends.
The patio has fans, TV's and fire pits. Plenty of seating for most smaller crowds.

Met a client for happy hour and this was my first time here. Excellent drinks (Bourbon) selection. Definitely a higher end Oil/Gas Executive crowd. You could almost feel deals being completed.

Great atmosphere and excellent music (Rock).

The bartender was hustling, he was taking care of people at the bar and sitting at the tables.

We tried the food snacks which hit the spot. I wish they had chicken tenders or pizza for snacks.

Overall a great place to relax, unwind, meet clients and enjoy a beverage.
