Parking is terrible, there is absolutely no reason to not have people out there directing traffic. We had to park across big spring st and cross, someone is bound to get ran over. We missed half of the concert because there was no order to the line, even when we got up to the door the person checking ids couldn’t even give a reason as to why we weren’t allowed inside. Been here twice now for two concerts, they need to get the off duty officers or MPD to do traffic control to exit the lot. Everyone gridlocks and has 0 idea how to keep traffic flowing out. We have had better traffic flow leaving in Dallas and San Antonio which are way bigger venues. You’ll sit in the parking lot easily an hour trying to leave. Great place for Music and Great Music Talent brought in. Beverages are expensive is only bad thing.
