They actually messed up my order slightly and when I tell you that they fixed it and were so apologetic I truly appreciate them as a whole! I really love tropical smoothie! The only problem I have is that they use DoorDash as a third-party delivery service. They always forget something from my order and claim that “that was all that was on the shelf”. So again, I really do love tropical smoothie and I don’t blame them. I just wish they wouldn’t use DoorDash anymore. Because as a DoorDash delivery driver, your job is to make sure you have all the items on the receipt that is taped to the bag that you were taking...

Ladina and her staff provide top notch service. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in the restaurant and it was very clean. My smoothie and food was delicious! Definitely on TROPIC TIME at this location 😎
