“We used the mobile ordering system for the first time tonight. The website said our food should be ready at 7:47pm. Once we arrived, we proceeded to the mobile ordering sign. The gentleman said they were bagging up our order. After about 10 minutes or so we still had no food. Turns out, it wasn’t our order and they didn’t seem to have ours ready or even started. When they realized what had happened, they jumped into gear preparing our food. It wasn’t long until they had completed the order and brought it to us (with ZERO mistakes to any of the items!) and informed us that they would be refunding about half of our amount because of the issue. By the time we had gotten home, it was already refunded! Customer service from the gentleman who jumped into action (unfortunately I did not get a name but he was a somewhat young white gentleman with blondish hair, seemed to be maybe the manager in charge of the shift) was great and they rectified the situation in a timely manner while expressing their apologies for the mistake. Overall great experience and we will definitely return.“

“We have breakfast here every Sunday morning. You get more food than you need, prices are normal and the service is always top notch. We highly recommend/suggest giving these ladies a try, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Food the service is horrible. Our waitress was very rude. Did not offer us. Refills did not offer us dessert the way she talk to us is very rude. I would go for food. Only if I didn’t have to deal with anybody else.“

“BEST TACOS IN THE BASIN! Just left there for our first time, but it definitely won't be the last. We tried probably half the tacos on the menu and they were all fantastic. I didnt even want salsa on them, that tells you how good they were. And all three of there salsas were delicious too. We met the owner who was actually there helping wait on tables and cleaning up. True sign of a great restaurant. Our waiter was amazing, we thought he must have been part of the family he cared so much about his job and the restaurant. But no, he just loved his job and the people he works with. The place was fixed up cute, they even have plants and flowers growing just outside, which is such a thoughtful touch. Can't wait to go back!!“

“10/10 experience! Delicious food and large portion sizes. Friendly staff and can easily accommodate large parties even though we called last minute for a reservation. They really mean it when they say everything is made from scratch! The cheesecake and carrot cake are amazing.“

When we left it was pouring rain and a customer insisted he get our car and pull into the alley which was a little closer while our waiter appeared with a very large umbrella and walked us to our car. Can that kind of food and service be beat? Nope.“

“We just came in to check out the HEB BBQ, our first visit in Midland.

Rhonda saw us and asked what can she do for us. Told her we just visiting and came to see what this place would be like. She was happy to offer us some samples so we could try out the BBQ. 😋 we will definitely be back here this weekend.“

“Good spring rolls, no rips and well fried. Real chicken in the sweet and sour and perfectly cooked rice for the quality. Sweet and sour I’m guessing is house made and like I have never seen before. Tastes good.

“Typically the food is fabulous, however this morning the food had no flavor and tasted old and/or reheated. I only took about 2 bites and no one was perceptive enough to inquire as to why I didn’t eat my food so $13 down the drain. Very disappointed in the service and food quality.“

“Been here many times. Today was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. We ordered the cheese bread, a small beef pizza and the sweet red chili wings. OMG the wings were so good! Perfectly cooked. Sweet and spicy sauce that was sticky and perfect. Some of the best wings we’ve ever had. Will definitely be back to try them again. It’s getting so hard to get even decent food in Midland these days. So I give you props Palio’s for serving some really good food today.“

My steak was overcooked & my husbands steak was perfect. I didn’t ask for my steak to be remade because the flavor was still great. Sissy was so kind and attentive, I didn’t even mind the overdone ribeye.“
