“We used the mobile ordering system for the first time tonight. The website said our food should be ready at 7:47pm. Once we arrived, we proceeded to the mobile ordering sign. The gentleman said they were bagging up our order. After about 10 minutes or so we still had no food. Turns out, it wasn’t our order and they didn’t seem to have ours ready or even started. When they realized what had happened, they jumped into gear preparing our food. It wasn’t long until they had completed the order and brought it to us (with ZERO mistakes to any of the items!) and informed us that they would be refunding about half of our amount because of the issue. By the time we had gotten home, it was already refunded! Customer service from the gentleman who jumped into action (unfortunately I did not get a name but he was a somewhat young white gentleman with blondish hair, seemed to be maybe the manager in charge of the shift) was great and they rectified the situation in a timely manner while expressing their apologies for the mistake. Overall great experience and we will definitely return.“

“Food the service is horrible. Our waitress was very rude. Did not offer us. Refills did not offer us dessert the way she talk to us is very rude. I would go for food. Only if I didn’t have to deal with anybody else.“

“They don’t take debit, but they do take Venmo now! Thanks for making that change (from cash only). The tacos and sauces are great! Service is good. Atmosphere gets 3 stars simply because it is a small space and the inside fills up quickly and you may have to eat outside. (The rent is probably cheaper here; I get it) So if you are in relax/casual mode, then that may be fine, but if you’re in business clothes it’s not ideal. Parking is also really tight - but you can park by the quarter car wash and laundromat just past it.“

“We have breakfast here every Sunday morning. You get more food than you need, prices are normal and the service is always top notch. We highly recommend/suggest giving these ladies a try, you won’t be disappointed.“

“Ate there during the rain , chicken fried steak most tender we ever had, baked potatoes were loaded and hot. Patrons were so friendly and everyone smiling. When we left it was pouring rain and a customer insisted he get our car and pull into the alley which was a little closer while our waiter appeared with a very large umbrella and walked us to our car. Can that kind of food and service be beat? Nope.“

It’s probably a management/staffing issue but there were many things (sauce cups, napkins, forks, etc) that needed to be restocked at both counters, with nobody really addressing it. Not sure if they were just low on stock of some items or nobody was able to make it out there. Not a huge deal since I was able to obtain what I needed upon request, but it’s something that could be improved.“

“We love Little Hunan…. We eat here at least 3times a month. They know us by name and take the time to be friendly and personable. The service is top notch. The foos is delicious. The shrimp always tastes fresh and is cooked perfect. The egg rolls and spring rolls are crispy and yummy. We always get extra or extra extra spicy orange beef, my husband gets the orange beef at every Chinese food restaurant we go to out of town, and he says Little Hunans is the best by far.“

“Came in by to try this Italian casual spot for the first time, & once I entered it was a great environment inside with the menu on the left on the wall to see easily.

The lady at the front was very great with me and took my order with great customer service overall.

Once my order came in it was delicious and cooked very well for 12 dollars and a cheese bread it came with, it was very well worth the money.

Perhaps the only small nitpick with the cafe was the furniture & chairs were a little worn out & could use some updating but overall everything else was perfect and would recommend this small Italian spot for night outs or your on a budget & want great filling Italian this is your spot.“
