“We used the mobile ordering system for the first time tonight. The website said our food should be ready at 7:47pm. Once we arrived, we proceeded to the mobile ordering sign. The gentleman said they were bagging up our order. After about 10 minutes or so we still had no food. Turns out, it wasn’t our order and they didn’t seem to have ours ready or even started. When they realized what had happened, they jumped into gear preparing our food. It wasn’t long until they had completed the order and brought it to us (with ZERO mistakes to any of the items!) and informed us that they would be refunding about half of our amount because of the issue. By the time we had gotten home, it was already refunded! Customer service from the gentleman who jumped into action (unfortunately I did not get a name but he was a somewhat young white gentleman with blondish hair, seemed to be maybe the manager in charge of the shift) was great and they rectified the situation in a timely manner while expressing their apologies for the mistake. Overall great experience and we will definitely return.“

The service from Rhonda at the front counter was fantastic and she laid out exactly what I should get as someone who is not from Texas. “Ate there during the rain , chicken fried steak most tender we ever had, baked potatoes were loaded and hot. Patrons were so friendly and everyone smiling. When we left it was pouring rain and a customer insisted he get our car and pull into the alley which was a little closer while our waiter appeared with a very large umbrella and walked us to our car. Can that kind of food and service be beat? Nope.“

“Been here many times. Today was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. We ordered the cheese bread, a small beef pizza and the sweet red chili wings. OMG the wings were so good! Perfectly cooked. Sweet and spicy sauce that was sticky and perfect. Some of the best wings we’ve ever had. Will definitely be back to try them again. It’s getting so hard to get even decent food in Midland these days. So I give you props Palio’s for serving some really good food today.“

“We drive past this place all the time and finally decided to stop. We had thought it was a drive thru only, but they have a small dining room inside. The food was amazing! “The food quality was pretty good compared to other locations I have been to and the kitchen and waitress were accommodating. Des, our waitress was phenomenal. She made recommendations that were great and fixed any issues that we of had. When we entered, the tables weren't bussed, yet. However, it was after 8pm and we were told that a mass rush of people had just left. They did get cleaned and everything was good.“

“We had a group of about 14 to go in for dinner on a sunday. We were accommodated quite well as they put together several tables to seat us all. Our server did a good job taking care of us as it took a bit to get all our orders in and handle our specific check requests. A couple of people were not quite happy with their meal. One said their steak wasn't prepared the way they ordered and the potato was cold. The other said their chicken was over cooked. My steak was a little tougher than I like, but was actually very flavorful. Overall I'd say it wasn't a bad experience.“
