“Traveling thru Texas, I pulled up brisket near me, and Pappy's popped up. Trust me, I got the one meat small plate and had plenty to eat. Brisket was smoked perfect and had great flavor. I love the fact that the BBQ sauce was on the side. Meat was tender, melt in your mouth, and spoke for itself. No sauce is needed. If in the area you will not be disappointed.“

“This was great for a late breakfast today in Monahans, they said they served breakfast through the day. Bacon was thick and cooked just right, easy-scrambled eggs perfect, hash browns very good. Toast okay. BF had omelette and said it was good. The chips and salsa was just right for me, not too hot.Star off was solely for prices, a bit high for the area and for what it was.I do recommend and will visit again and maybe try the Mexican food.“
