“drove through Kermit and decided to try something new. walked in and was greeted by the staff and told to sit wherever we wanted. we were quickly helped. ordered appetizers (MexiSkins-i think thats what they were called) and main dish ( smoked brisket and loaded steak quesadilla). food came quick and dang those MexiSkins are friggen good!!! I coulda just ate that. next came the main dish. brisket was good and the loaded quesadilla was truly the best I've had here in west Texas! the ambiance, the food, the staff were GREAT ... we will definitely come back!!“

“The place is in an old building and it shows on the inside as well as the outside. I'm guessing since it's in a small town, the variety and choices are limited. The food can be hit and miss, sometimes hot and fresh and other times warmed on the buffet. The price is good, though. And because of that, I keep going back.“

“Earlier this evening, my mother and I ate at Huddle House in Kermit. West Texas as a whole is struggling to staff businesses. In fact, that restaurant was forced to start closing at 6. We had a very young server named Zoe. Huddle House is so short staffed that Zoe was the one and only server, busser, and cashier. She did an amazing job! They have about 25 tables in the restaurant. Wow, what a hard and efficient worker! Not only that, she had a smile and an amazing attitude to share.“
