Although the restaurant interior is a bit spartan, the waitresses were very nice and responsive. Food was very good. Salad bar was adequate in selection, salad items were fresh. Overall, great cafe, better than I would have expected in Kermit and given the "storefront".
Perfect their chicken fried steaks was delightful so was the potato service was a little crazy little loud phone the atmosphere was niceParking: Nice right off a highways good got the people driving and need a break

This place has good food and friendly environment, but the service is just ok. The down side is it never is open at the posted times. I sat in my car along with 4 other vehicles waiting for the place to open for breakfast. The sign says open at 7am on Sunday morning and at 7:30 we are still waiting. I have waited more than 5 times in the morning to get breakfast and finally just gave up.
