When we come to visit our kids in Midland, we always make a point to have dinner at Venezia. Friendly staff, great menu, and tasty food. Not too many choices in Midland that are this good.
This is my third visit to this restaurant and we would call it our favorite Italian restaurant in Midland Texas. The food is always on point and delicious and I can't wait to return to have more of their delicious food. I have chosen multiple different plates and all plates have been A+ every time.
The food was great and the place is beautiful, but the customer service was terrible. Our waiter was extremely rude—he didn't offer us any drinks, didn't provide a bag for our takeaway, and acted completely indifferent the entire time, making us feel unwelcome throughout the evening. To top it off, as we were leaving and said thank you, not a single staff member, including the hostess, acknowledged us. The poor service and unprofessional attitude completely ruined...
