This store has been a disappointment for years! We have had orders cancelled and orders that have taken 2-3 hours to be ready! However, today, this place was on point! A huge group order was ready in 20 minutes and our food was still hot when back home! Not sure how the turn around occurred but great job today!

Why is it so difficult to get an order correct? Are people really that incompetent nowadays that they can't do something as easy as reading words off of a screen and putting items into a bag and then double checking to make sure all items are in the order? It really isn't rocket science, y'all. Take pride in your job and the company you work for and get it right the first time

Had an issue with a doordasher who ended up stealing our food, but the GM Brianna took care of us and remade our order. When i arrived to pick up the remade order the crew was super nice and apologized for the inconvenience, overall thanks to Brianna and her team we were able to have a good night eating fresh food.

I had an awesome experience at Wingstop thanks to Eann, Fernando, and Carlos! These three went above and beyond with their friendly attitudes and great service. They were super nice to talk to, and honestly, they made my day. Their jokes had me laughing the whole time—such a fun vibe! It’s not every day you walk into a place and leave with good food and good energy. Shoutout to them for making the experience unforgettable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They are super busy on a Friday night. They said 40 min when I called in over the phone and place my order. I arrived, walked to the guy at the cash register to check because the board says ā€œorder receivedā€. The guy said, ā€œshould have about 8 min left, let me checkā€. Comes back and says ā€œit will be about 15/20 min moreā€. The cashier guys are calm and professional, just seem the kitchen is not able to keep up and the time estimates for food and putting in orders if really struggling. Not sure how the wings will turn out or the order but because I had time…. Wrote this novel.

So we called this afternoon right at noon to make some changes to our DoorDash order. The boy that answered the phone did not give a name, took me request, I said ā€œthank you so muchā€ and the lil shit just hung up. Maybe teach customer service. Really pushes us a different direction. Rude as hell.

What's worse then cold food, or wrong order?its when your missing items all together smh..after spending money for the family deal and worker reading out the receipt of items..and after going miles out , back to my home to share the food with family..they missed my fries that is so popular at this place and caused our Winstop family experience into a sad moment and apmesphere totally disappointed and we all ate IN SILENCED!! Thank you wingstop for such a awful experience which was suppose to be a satisfying and comfortable family and wings enjoyment..Next time people..before taking your order..dont trust no one and look into the bag..smh these days you have to..otherwise you can end up with a experience like ours..with a no care service and outright injustice..you been warned..there is no excuse and no type of coupon is gonna erase the memory of this moment our family was trying to share with your wings...smh

I will never go back again.
