I called to place my order ahead of time and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never picked up. So i came into the restaurant and the employees looked lifeless. There was a long line and a wait when they had 2 employees eating at one table and four employees on computers at another table. They SAY the wait time is about 25-35 minutes, but you should expect to easily be waiting an hour and a half. I ordered 10 traditional wings with fries and ranch, and I was charged the full meal price with the drink when I said I didn't want a drink. When I brought up my overcharge concern, the cashier said "I'm pretty sure it saves you money when it's rung in like that" and only changed his mind when I showed him how it was cheaper if I ordered it how I said online. He said it would be refunded to me but I highly doubt it. There was not a manager in sight and not a single employee was wearing gloves. Everything here was awful. I don't know how they stayed in business.

Wingstop is hit or miss now, but this location is alright.
Alot has changed if its was like this before maybe someone people would still be here and stores 211 & 803 would be in better management hands. High wait time due to lack of energy from the employees. And high wait time for the amount of tickets and amount of employees working come on wing stop we used to be better. Top it off looks like the assistant/shift leader cared any less of what was going on in the store. Just trying to help out my fellow wingstop fam.
