Service was great but Buger King your food has gone downhill. I told hubby this was the last time to go to BK. I thought it was the location we had been going to, turns out it's the food your providing aka your burgers are terrible now!

Went through the drive-through and there were no other customers present. Asked them to drop fresh fries so I wouldn’t get cold ones. They clearly just microwaved the ones they had already cooked, because the ones I got were textured like rubber. The burger patty was cold, and the burger had been thrown together as though the person assembling it was angry and throwing the ingredients haphazardly into the wrapper. A pickle and wad of lettuce had fallen out of the loosely wrapped burger and were on the bottom of the bag. There was ketchup all over the side of the bun and in the wrapper. I had ordered a Coke with the meal, and it tasted like it had been mixed with Dr Pepper. This was a terrible experience. Very disappointing.

This location has a sanitary issue. Every time I come to this location you got people coming back to work not washing hands or employees preparing lettuce with bare hands. Just yucky! Beware of this location. I’ve called the manager twice nothing has changed.

I've been to many different burger kings in the dfw area and this by far is the cleanest one I've ever seen! The staff was friendly and the food was made exactly the way we wanted! This is the way fast food businesses should be ran, bravo staff!!

I will NEVER go there again. They've gotten my order wrong time and time again! You have people working there with no brain!! And that's why they work where they do, couldn't handle a real 9 to 5! I've talked to them in English and in Spanish and they still get my order wrong!! The worst fast food establishment if you ask me!! Please people don't waste your time!

I will never go to this Burger King again I can understand why Business is so bad. The customer service is terrible. The cashiers never wash his hand from taking money, use his hand to wipe his whole face and than service fry. The lady on Burger Board push trash down which had a Burger King bag on top of trash can continue making sandwiches with same gloves. I usually would say something but I realize it wouldn't do any good. I just through the food away in my trash at home. I advice customer come inside to see how there food is properly made. I am surprised people don't get sick more. I would give them a zero but could only give a one
