By far the best addition to Midlothian!
Their cheese sticks were amazing! 10/10!! The pizza was extremely disappointing especially for the price!! Barely any sauce on pizza and cheese tasted flavorless, 3/10

Simple Simon's Pizza is a great local pizza joint with great food and great service. The pizza is really good, nice and hot, with plenty of pepperoni and a very generous amount of cheese. The thin crust is crispy but not burnt. Wings, like garlic parm and buffalo, earn an A for flavor. The blackberry cobbler ice cream for dessert is A+ and off the hook. The staff is amazing and sweet, and the owner puts care into everything. The store and kitchen are clean. Prices are great. They need more business to afford a delivery team. Customers will definitely be back.
