This was one of the worst dining experiences my family and I have had at Chili’s. We waited 20 minutes just to be seated, then even longer for a waiter to even acknowledge us. After all that waiting, we chose to get our food to go, and it was thrown in the box with no care at all. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We will not be coming back.

Young lady at the to-go register was obviously annoyed with me arriving a couple of minutes early and proceeds to yell at the back house that “ I’m early but will let me know to give them a few minutes” then literally turns around and tells me to give them a few minutes. Then she treats the gentlemen next to me the same. I know I was a couple of minutes early I did that so that my food wouldn’t be cold. I was ok to wait but she obviously was not ok with me going early. I will not be eating here any time soon.

Sat at bar for 5 min while the bartender stayed talking to one end of the bar. He looked over at me then turned back to talk. Not acknowledging my presence till a manager walked behind the bar. I got up and left. The bartender didn't seem interested in serving a guest. Not welcoming or inviting felt like I was a nuances to them.

As a last minute decision last night we stopped at here for dinner with our 3 kids. We were seated fast the restaurant was very clean and friendly. Our hostess not only greeted me and my husband but our boys as well, which they completely ate up, just made their night. Our waitress Kenzie was the just so attentive. Before we could ask for stuff there she was bringing it to us. She brought fresh drinks for the boys as they were sipping that last sip and she brought napkins when she noticed we needed them. She had our appetizers out fast and not long after our meals out fast as well. This was our second visit to this specific location which is an almost 30 mins drive from our house but honestly with service like this why would we not make the drive? Especially since this has become our kids number one choice for what they call not at home meals. Thank you Kenzie for taking time to make our kids feel special and heard. I didn't get the hostess name but thank you to the hostess on duty Sunday night at 8pmish is when we stopped by.

Miss Carrie is the BEST server I’ve ever had! Chili’s is honestly not my first choice for a meal out, but I will definitely be back to this location just for her!! Out of any restaurant I’ve been to she is the nicest and most attentive server I’ve ever had :)
