ordered Chicken Margarita and it was without a doubt the nastiest, no flavor chicken placed in large "boiled"chunks on a plate of rice and balckbeans. The beans had not been drained and were floating with the rice in cool bean juice. It was disgusting. My husband's hamburger was cooked way over dry and the French fries were cold and hard. The only reason I didn't return this unsavory food was that we had company with us. Chilis once had great food but now the "quality" and ""taste" of the food is disgusting. That dinner cost us close to $50. I'd rather have bought $50. worth odMcDonaldd burgers and fries! At least that food doesn't gag you trying to eat it! You can be sure I will not recommend Chilis in Midlothian Ive seen similar food served in nursing homes which is a crime too! One thing though our service was very good!

I have been going to various Chili's since their inception. I enjoyed the original, but the last couple of years I lost interest due to poor quality of food and bad wait staff. Recently I went to the Midlothian location after an evening rush and enjoyed my meal immensely. The staff was tired but friendly and attentive. I returned again today and although busy, everything was great for my group of four. The waitress was friendly and took good care of my party. Kind of reminded me of the good old days back when they began. Great job!

Service started out strong and then just went downhill. The bartender was our server and I think he forgot he had a table. Several tables that came in after us ate and left while we were just being served our food. Never came back to check on us. I needed a box but just left after paying our bill on the little box at the table.
