Disappointed Experience Stopped by Golden Chick today and ended up waiting in line with several other customers for about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, not a single employee was up front to take orders. We could hear workers in the back laughing and talking, but no one acknowledged the growing line or came to assist us. Really disappointing service—especially when it seemed like we were being completely ignored. Hope management can address this, because the food is usually great when the service matches.

We went to eat inside the Lobby a few minutes before 8 on a FRIDAY night and the lady at the counter was rude and advised us the lobby was about to close. At 8 on a Friday night?? No worries they lost my business going forward!

Just came from here ordered wicked wings. Usually if they don't have them and there is a wait they will let you know in advance. This time they charged my card then said it would be a 10 min wait. I asked her why didn't she tell me about the wait before charging my card and she said she didn't know. Then tells me to pull to the front, I refused because not only did they charge my card with out informing me of the wait time, they didn't even apologize for it. The wait turned out to be over 15 min and they literally threw our foods at us. This place is so unprofessional and rude. New management is definitely needed

We asked for jalapeño poppers. We get whole ass plain jalapeños. We ask for mashed potatoes and gravy. Get a little mashed potatoes sitting in a lot of gravy. And lastly, or chicken. The seasoning was just DUMPED on the chicken, while it was in the box. So our mouths are assaulted by spice on just one side of the chicken.
