I didn’t want to resort to this, but to say I’m disappointed in Union 28 is an understatement! We went last weekend to celebrate a birthday and they served my friend, who is SIX years sober, an alcoholic water! The server apologized but nothing else was done. No manager came by, they didn’t apologize or offer anything. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed Union 28 and ZERO response.

I went over the weekend and ordered a sparkling water. I was very unpleasantly surprised when I took a sip and it had been infused with vodka. I’m sober and do not drink. I was especially surprised because my understanding of TABC rules is that restaurants are not supposed to alter drinks in the original manufactured bottle. I highly recommend anyone who goes here to ask their server to open your drink once it gets delivered to your table and not at the bar.
Great place to eat for business meetings and for family time. Diverse menu with a lot of options.
