We normally go to the Waxahachie location, but tonight we decided we wanted to branch out. Stacie was SUCH a sweetheart and her recommendation (the coconut shrimp sushi roll) was fantastic! A gentleman whose name I didn't catch, but seemed like a manager, was also extraordinarily courteous and helpful. Same excellent food and service, we love Hibachio!

The portion sizes have diminished and the prices have gone up exponentially. I included two photos of the same order 1 YEAR apart the first photo is from 10/2024 and the second photo is from 10/2025, the differences are staggering. I’m so disappointed because this has been such a good spot for so long, but seeing as they’re charging more for less food that is lower quality, I don’t think I’ll be back. Luckily, they were happy to refund my order, so that’s a plus.

Food: Simply put the food is AMAZING!!! Portion size is excellent and the food is hot, fresh, and made to order. Also, you get plenty of sauce types so you can make things taste the way you desire.
Environment: We ate outside however you order inside. Even busy things are neat, tidy, and clean! We didn't use the bathrooms so I can't comment on them.
NOTE: Parking is not good at best. The lot is small and difficult to manage, even in a car. If a parking lot could scream door dings, this one would. During the busy times, trucks park along the road in the ditch which seems like the best place. I'd park across the street and walk over if I could.

The vibes are great, they helped us by giving us recommendations since it was our first time. The crab rangoons were hands down the best ive ever had. Their sushi was amazing and the employees were super friendly! Would highly recommend anyone come give this place a try.

Lily took our order which was rather large. She was so helpful and thorough. I wish we had a “Lily” at every establishment in town. She was awesome and made sure the order was accurate. And we absolutely love the food here!!
The food was AMAZING! Very filling and a pretty good price for how much you get! The waitresses were sweethearts, and were very efficient. I always love coming here because I know me and my family can get our money's worth. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will continue to come back!!

Food is good but I used to get the Philadelphia Roll (Salmon, Avocado, Cream Cheese) & swap out the salmon for crab at no extra charge. Today, they wanted $4 EXTRA to swap, not add. The regular price is a little more expensive than the California Roll (Crab, Avocado, Cucumber). I don’t like cucumber but like cream cheese so this is how I was told to order it. Guess I’ll suffer the cucumber with no cream cheese today & just not order it from here anymore.
My Husband and I have eaten here for years ! We love this place the staff is always friendly and the food of course is always wonderful!!! Go check it out.
