Sandwich was soggy! Other than that it was a great 7. The Turkey Club saved it bc the Chipotle Chicken Cheese steak was disappointing as there was only a smidge of filling for the size of bread they used and the wrap version was small & for them to be hot sandwiches, they were lukewarm! Frisco Location makes the cheesesteak better!😁 Could've been an off day tho!

Don’t order pick up from here. I ordered two subs and both were DRENCHED in oil. Bread was soggy. Couldn’t even finish my sandwich because every bite oil was dripping down everywhere. Never thought Jersey Mike’s would taste bad. Like how do you mess up a sandwich that bad …. Wish I could get a refund.

Do not recommend this particular location. I placed an order thru the app then drove from alvarado. After the time my order was supposed to be ready I was informed that they were out of bowls. I am gluten intolerant and ordered a sub in a tub. Person who called solution was they could use bread or a wrap. I informed him I couldn't have the gluten. Other solution was I could come in and pay more for the gluten free bread. Keep in mind this is after my order was supposed to be ready to pick up. I asked for a refund and I'd go elsewhere. They already debited my account for the $44 and instead of being able to instantly refund it'll be 3-5 business days. The store employees could not care less. Saw lots of employees standing around and a lot of their personal items around the food. If they were out of bowls why wait so long to call? Why was I able to order and pay for items they did not have? Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this location.

I have had Jersey Mike's before but had forgotten how outrageous the prices are for halfway decent sandwiches on a good day. I regret not going to a nice sit-down restaurant but instead got 2 sandwiches, NO drinks, or chips for 41.03. Yes, let me repeat that 41.03. I'll be honest I've never eaten a sandwich that is good enough to pay 20.51 per sandwich, in my honest, humble opinion.... SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

In the words of my daughter, Devin “ATE” that — From the time we entered Jersey Mike’s Subs (Midlothian, TX) Devin was engaged and fully present. His greeting was warm and inviting, and his smile contagious — you could see and feel his passion and enthusiasm.
While placing our sandwich orders, Devin remained patient, yet engaged. He was very thorough, and he took time to understand our needs and the importance of certain requests made (food allergies, etc.).
His communication was impeccable. Devin went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional and rememberable experience to me and my family, and he did just that.
Devin is AMAZING, and the sandwiches are AFFORDABLE, PLENTIFUL, FRESH & VERY DELICIOUS!!!!
