Had a special request wanted my whole wings dipped in honey bbq sauce and even though they do not do that the ladies granted my unusual request anyway! Great customer service Hannah and Rosalind thank you so much! Hope you all will break the files for me next time too 😂
Chicken was under cooked, had hair in my chicken and my biscuit when I called them they gave me attitude about it said there all wearing hairnets that it couldn't have been from them. Lol would not eat their again at all.

This was my second time having a poor experience at the KFC in Midlothian. I went in today and asked that my chicken be fried fresh and cooked a few minutes longer so it would be extra crispy. The woman working at the front, named Kawana, told me that the chicken was already fresh and that she would drop it back in the grease to make it crispy. I told her I would prefer to have freshly made chicken that was just cooked a few minutes longer, and I didn’t mind waiting. She said that putting it back in the grease would still keep it fresh, and that was my only option after I argued with her about wanting freshly cooked, extra crispy chicken. I asked her if she understood exactly what I was requesting. She replied that I was not at home. She then said she needed a break and walked away. After waiting at the front for several minutes, I yelled to the back and asked if anyone else was working who could take my order. A man, who said he was the cook, and a young woman whose name started with T came to the front. The man, claiming to be the cook, offered to take my order and sincerely apologized for Kawana’s behavior. Not only was this a terrible experience for me, but other patrons also commented on her poor behavior. I feel like food costs entirely too much these days to have to argue with employees about how to prepare it as requested. KFC needs to better train their employees. I would avoid this location until they improve.

When you ask for crispy and they give you soggy this is the worst KFC to go to the people are slow and seem not to want to serve you they never have chicken ready the wait is long when there isn't even a line and definitely can't get the order correct I definitely do not recommend

Man when I tell you they are the worst! No customer service at all. I pulled to the drive thru with no car and wasn’t helped! Got out and went in and was not acknowledged at all! The looked me in my face and didn’t say anything at all!. After 5 minutes I walked out. This needs to be shut down and reevaluated.

Spicy wings had no flavor… extra crunchy as in over cooked….meat was dark not white meat??? and wedges were SO flat not thick like they used to be!! Big disappointment

Rude and takes forever and they still jack it up. I love KFC but not this one. Never again. Also had two customers come in after me and felt the same way. One ended up just walking out. Good luck to whomever goes there. I'll be waiting for this one to close, which with the way its going, it will. I'll come to the grand opening of the new one when it arrives.

They were rude at the drive thru, The chicken was undercooked, falling apart, and a bad aftertaste, the mashed potatoes and gravy were bland, I have ate KFC for 40 years, this was the worst I have ever had!
