This is our 2nd time eating at Lone Star, the 1st time I ate the burger before I remembered to post a review! This time I remembered to post!
If you’re looking for moist and tasty hamburger, this the place! The owner greets you with a smile and recommendations if you’re not sure.
Today I ordered the sliders (on Hawaiian bread) with green beans (onion and BACON). I capitalized bacon, because they did not skimp on bacon!! The green beans took me back to my family reunion!! They were seasoned to perfection and it was a wonderful surprise!
If you’re in the mood for a delicious, stop by and try their hamburger, you will not be disappointed!
I got the 1/2 pound breakfast burger and it was fantastic. The lady’s there were very knowledgeable about the menu.
I have the Patty milk. This is the best Patty melt. I have had in my entire life. And I am old!
It was pretty good
Great burgers, fried pickles. & fried mushrooms.
Looking forward yo coming back.
I don't like making negative reviews, but the burger was just OK. Nothing to write home about and price is too high. It was overcooked and not juicy. I'd recommend Branded Burger. Never has let me down.
Love the burgers here, awesome flavor
Food was ok but the service was a real letdown.
Hands down, the best burger I’ve had in years! As a 25-year Whataburger veteran, I know a great burger, and Lonestar delivers perfection. The patty was hand-crafted and cooked just right, paired with fresh, hand-cut tomatoes that elevated every bite. The fries? Absolutely awesome—crispy and flavorful. This place is a must-visit for any burger lover!
I was in town visiting family. We picked up burgers from Lonestar Burger for dinner. The people at the counter were very nice and had our burgers ready and waiting. I got the Outlaw, my husband got the Lonestar and my son got the Cheezzy Burger. The burgers were wonderful. My son is picky about food but he absolutely demolished his Cheezzy Burger and said it was awesome. The other burgers were awesome too. The fries were great. The onion rings were fantastic and they have the good ranch(If you like ranch you will know what I am talking about!). My family had eaten there and suggested it for dinner. So, if you are reading this review, give Lonestar Burger a try! You won't be disappointed!
Restaurantji Recommends
I'm a fan of this place, however, I did notice that they changed their onion ring batter with something containing corn meal. And I didn't like it. But their hand cut fries are very good.
They have amazing food
Pretty decent burger good options . Cowboy bites were unique take on a jalapeno popper.
Air was a bit humid in the restaurant otherwise decor is an interesting historical tale on Texas flags with some history blurbs in the back of the menu.
Missing ranch with wings, even asking for it when we ordered, 3 people can in sat, orders taken still no ranch. Burgers were ok,not much of flavor. Fried pickles great, cook went to rest room with apron on (gross) 🤮. Had bacon cheese burger never received ranch. Only ate 2 wings out of 6, nothing to write home about
I’ve called five times trying to place an order and either get no answer or get sent straight to voicemail. That’s unacceptable for a business during operating hours. I refuse to eat in because the floors are filthy, but I genuinely enjoy the food, especially the breakfast burger with tater tots. It’s beyond frustrating when I can’t get anyone to simply pick up the phone. If you want to keep customers coming back, make sure your staff is answering calls or at least calling people back. Do better.
