Sometimes they got good service sometimes they suck really bad guess it depends on the kid they got workin.. either way smfh… I dnt know why I keep coming to this location I’ve gotten better service and food in run down neighborhoods in Dallas.. smfh

Lately, they got new boys for staff and they are so rude with no customer service. I always ask for extra stuff on my burgers and it’s like they think it means none because it’s never correct, just annoying when you pay for that stuff to get nothing. Mind you we go atleast 2 times a week. They were so good until the past month, the quality and customer service is horrible. We get sent to park in the parking spots to wait 10 minutes for 1 meal while there are so many boys standing around joking and playing while multiple people are at the counters waiting. Thank gosh there’s 2 McDonald’s here now.

Had my first McRib in a very long time. I can't express how disappointed I was. I remember it being tasty and zesty. Now it's bland, the pork looked synthetic, and I'll never eat one again.

Went to grab food really quickly over a 30 minute lunch break. I was one of 2 cars, and was told to pull up to wait. After waiting 15 minutes, I never did get my food and was forced to leave to make it back to work.
Rude employees. Unfriendly. One girl with long braids especially. Food was fine.

Only McDonald’s I go to where I say light mustard and ketchup on my burger, they add DOUBLE the amount of it. Every time I open my McDouble it’s overflowed with ketchup and mustard. And they also forgot my drink! last time ever will I come to this mcds .
