And the staff? Rude for no reason. Like sorry for interrupting your day by… buying the overpriced sugar circles that keep your lights on. The attitude was so stale it matched the vibe.
Bottom line: unless you’re into overpriced donuts and being treated like an inconvenience, save your cash and hit literally any gas station. Same sugar rush, less financial trauma.

Awesome. The donuts are very good. But the lady behind the counter is great. She's very kind and polite. In fact all the people I met in the area were more than accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend doing business there if u get a chance to do so.

Although the service is pleasant, the donuts always seem to be a couple of days old but I keep returning hoping to have the “fresh donut” experience that I used to constantly have about a year ago. New owner, maybe? Also, it would be nice to have bags that are actually long enough to fit the bigger donuts. Whenever I order a donut such as a twist, it hangs out of the bag and is laid on the counter while I pay for my order..

First time trying this place .I was very satisfied but a bit skeptical.not sure if the donuts was suppose to taste crunchy.im use to soft thick donuts ,but i will definitely be back the donuts taste so good & fresh .i ordered around 10:30 .

The owners up here is go help everybody in line but a African-American they go speak to everybody in English, but the African-American as soon as the African-American try to speak to them, they go try to act like they don't know English because they don't want Black people in there buying donuts which is very sad what did we do to y'all? Wow i'm posting my experience about this on Facebook you wanna be publicly racist you should be in the public eye and this is what the owner do every time I go in there turn her back to me haha and then act like she don't know English wow I was born here. I have worked here 30 years and put into this country. I'm not gonna let nobody treat me like nothing. They have not done that.

I for the life of me cannot stand places that are so rude and deceitful they cannot change there prices online. The ONLY REASON we came to this place is because the online menu says 60¢ for glazed donuts. This is a absolute fat lie, and they suck for it.

I’ve been a customer since 2017 since I moved to Midlothian but this morning I had a really bad experience as I was picking up my order that I placed a month in advance. I had placed my order over the phone for 24 custom Halloween themed donuts and 24 kolaches. I had told the girl who took my order that I would pay the morning of pickup since I would be collecting money from my child’s class to help pay for the cost. I show up this morning and the same girl that took my order over the phone must have had a misunderstanding because the order was never actually placed and there was nothing for me to pick up. I could tell she felt bad and mentioned that she was sorry but I’m assuming the owner on the other hand was not to be bothered. She was completely rude and unapologetic for the mishap. She said that I would've had to pay for it in full before an order would be placed but her employe didn’t follow protocol and never took any payment and just took my order. The owner never offered a solution, didn't try to work with me and couldn’t care less if I left a happy costumer. I ended up still purchasing plain donuts even though I was frustrated at the situation because I had 20 kids waiting on donuts for their class party. A suggestion for the owner(s) would be to step up your customer service and to not treat your customers poorly, especially if your business is in the wrong.
Ordered door dash. Six of the donuts I ordered (chocolate and glazed) came all in one small bag, mashed together and a complete mess. No one would eat them. Why would you not put them in a box? I understand they could have taken a tumble during transport, but they were packaged wrong to begin with. Low quality.

I would love to go to this place more often because their donuts are so good and fresh, but the Caucasian guy serving the donuts coughs all the time. It may not be intentional but he should wear a mask while preparing food/orders.
