Ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. Was ready in about 15 minutes and when i arrived it was coming out of the oven i barely had time to sit down. Very straightforward pickup.

We’ve been ordering Mr Jim’s pizza for 3 years and for the first time, tonight, they didn’t arrive within 25 mins of me playing the order for delivery. When I called to check the status, the employee that answered was apologetic, polite, and professional! So for this being the first time in 3 years that my order arrived late, I have nothing but respect for this business! The pizza always arrives hot, fresh, and the service is great! I will always be a customer!

The flavor is amazing. But you'll end up with a GODLIKE jaw with how tough it is to chew. Some might be turned away because of that. but me personally i love it. Overall the pros out weight the cons, they're pretty heavy on the cheese which is good, but it does drown out other flavors. the outside crust tastes fine, but again, its like trying to eat a tire. a really really good tasting tire.

Gluten-free pizza was edible, but not worth the price we paid. I will stick with MOD pizza from now on.
I prder the pizza, navho stix and 4 ranch sauces. They did not include the sauces. I called, and they said someone would bring it out in 20 minutes. Never showed up. When talking to them they said I need to come by and pick it up myself if I want the sauces that I paid.
Never received the item. Never offered a refund for the portion. Told I need to drive back and pick it up for cold nacho sticks, and they would not offer to remake any of the items to be fresh.
They said quote, "people make mistakes. You need to come pick it up if you really want it." The items I paid for by the way.

Definitely better than the big chains pizza hut, Domino's or Papa John's. Might be on par with Marco's. With their deals it's solid for its prize. We will certainly go back for a carry out pizza again.
