Ordered delivery and it was severely overcooked. Called the next day and spoke with a manager who apologized and replaced my order. It was delivered by Robert who was very kind and asked me to please let them know if the new pizza was too cooked as they would like to accommodate my needs. Good customer service is hard to find so I appreciated it more than they know. I love that they treated my concern with urgency and empathy. If I continue to patronize this location, I’m hoping to change this rating from 4 to 5. 🙏

We’ve been ordering Mr Jim’s pizza for 3 years and for the first time, tonight, they didn’t arrive within 25 mins of me playing the order for delivery. When I called to check the status, the employee that answered was apologetic, polite, and professional! So for this being the first time in 3 years that my order arrived late, I have nothing but respect for this business! The pizza always arrives hot, fresh, and the service is great! I will always be a customer!

The flavor is amazing. But you'll end up with a GODLIKE jaw with how tough it is to chew. Some might be turned away because of that. but me personally i love it. Overall the pros out weight the cons, they're pretty heavy on the cheese which is good, but it does drown out other flavors. the outside crust tastes fine, but again, its like trying to eat a tire. a really really good tasting tire.
