Just wanted to give a shoutout to Penn to Paper. We had dinner there last night. Our server Chloé was prompt, courteous and offered good recommendations! I opted for the ribeye steak. It was amazing! It was cooked to order (medium), so full of flavor and so tender, I only needed a table knife to cut it! The drinks were spot on as well! I highly recommend giving them a shot if you haven't been yet! We will be back soon! Jimmy Love, Midlothian
