“The food here is always great, but today, on Christmas Eve, they went above and beyond! We realized last minute that we didn’t have enough meat for our family gathering. “Christian was so rude, disrespectful for the whole time my husband and I were there this morning. Came up and snatched my husband's drink to refill it. But wouldn't remember to refill mine at all. Forgot to give us our sausages, almost gave them to the next customers that just came in. Wanted us to yell our order across the restaurant to give him our order. Was annoyed he had to come closer because I dont speak very loudly like that. Never refilled my drinks. Seemed annoyed with anyone coming in. We wont be back. Completely bizarre.“

“Super Service from Our Very Own Clark Kent!

Our family of three had a great experience at Chili’s Midlothian tonight, thanks to our server, Malachi, who, by the way, looked very much like Clark Kent that I couldn’t wait to tell him! From the moment we sat down, Malachi was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He made sure our food came out looking great, kept our drinks filled, and checked on us throughout our meal. Beyond the great service, we really enjoyed talking with him. He has such a friendly personality and made our family feel genuinely welcomed rather than like just another table. Malachi not only looked like Clark Kent, but his customer service was definitely Superman level!

Thank you, Malachi, for making our dinner such an enjoyable experience. Chili’s has a super employee on its hands!

“Without a doubt one of the best places to eat. The lobster crab cakes were very good but the highlight of the meal were the steaks. I had the ribeye the wife had the fillet medallions. Perfectly cook and the flavors were delicious. Will be back.“

“The management team was great working with me and my party. There were 20+ people in our party and the staff did a great job meeting our needs on the day of my gathering in July 2025. The food was delicious, the music and vibe was on point. i visited this spot over a year ago and didn't have a good experience with food or service but my recent visit reflected a totally different experience as mentioned above. “This is our comfort brunch place. Been to this location many times. There's something about the chefs that work there because the food comes out 10/10 nearly every time. My favorites are their French toast, berry waffles, cinnamon pancakes, and we love their nachos! The rest of staff is great as well.

Also, I believe this location is no longer 24 hours? They close at either 9 or 10 pm (learned that the hard way). Just keep that in mind or call ahead to confirm what time they close that day.“
