“Food is great. Comes to your table, hot and fresh in record time. Wait staff was friendly. Some of the best cooks in DFW must work here because every time we go my food is delicious. Their boneless wings are huge and fresh. Pizza is pretty good to . The OMG burger is huge. Prices are budget friendly. Atmosphere is nice and calm. They do have a bar if you would like an adult beverage with your meal.“
“I visited the Midlothian location. . The food was great.. but what impressed me is I thought I left my wallet and I called and spoke to Pedro, the store manager. He went above and beyond to try and locate it for me.. him and another girl. I didn’t get her name, but they were both very helpful. I ended up finding it in my car… but I appreciate the effort they made trying to find it for me! Thank you so much for your great customer service ❤️“
“I never leave reviews but today I must. I eat at Ellis County at least twice a month, the reason I’m posting a 5 star review is due to Shawn, (new owner) came over to apologize about running out of peach cobbler and ice cream. Not only did he apologize but he insisted on Giving us banana pudding and a chocolate chip cookie and ice cream. On top of an incredible chop beef sandwich and fried okra (best fried okra I’ve had), the pudding and cookie were definitely a pleasant surprise. Shawn, your kindness and incredible bbq will always keep me coming back for more and one of these visits I’ll try something else, (chop beef) is definitely the bomb. “This was my first visit to a Steak ‘N Shake ever, and I thought everything was amazing. Kahlon (so sorry for my spelling!!) and Rook provided outstanding customer service and were friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. Our order was correct, the restaurant was spotless, and our overall experience was great! I highly recommend visiting Kahlon & Rook at the Midlo Steak ‘N Shake!!“
“Our party of three came here for lunch on a Sunday, around 12:30 pm. While the restaurant was very busy, we were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive and took our order quickly. I had the chicken tender entree meal, which came with fries and Mac-n-cheese. The tenders and fries were perfect, piping hot and crispy. The Mac-n-cheese was nothing special. Overall, a good meal.Parking: Large lot, plenty of spaces.“
“We came in early Easter morning to be greeted by the happiest face! Jose was the team member that got our table. Tamra has waited on us before and she also is always smiling and friendly.People are inclined to find the Waffle House beneath them but I love the line cooks, watching them make our food and hearing the calls. “Great brunch options. Came in today to enjoy some coffee and scrambled eggs with salmon. My absolute favorite on the menu. I love every bite I’ve tried here. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that it is pretty loud in here. Which says everyone else loves it too cause it is BUSY. I definitely recommend giving this place your business. If they ever decide to keep serving through the dinner hour, I’d dine in.“
