“I had the pleasure this morning of once again enjoying breakfast at Pitt Stop Cafe in Kennedale, TX (just South of Arlington on old Mansfield-Kennedale Hwy). And, once again, they didn’t disappoint! The grilled pork chops were simply amazing—perfectly juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection, just the way I like them. Every bite was a reminder of why I keep coming back. But honestly, what makes Pitt Stop Cafe so special isn’t just the food, it’s the people. The owners and staff are the friendliest around, and every time I walk in, I feel like I’m part of their family. They go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, and that personal touch means the world. If you’re looking for a spot with great food and even better hospitality, Pitt Stop Cafe is the place to go. Highly recommend!“

“Very good iconic restaurant. We enjoyed 90% of our food. The only complaints (minimally) were that a few of the breakfast items were underseasoned. Overall though, this is an excellent breakfast choice.

“Without a doubt one of the best places to eat. The lobster crab cakes were very good but the highlight of the meal were the steaks. I had the ribeye the wife had the fillet medallions. Perfectly cook and the flavors were delicious. Will be back.“

“I called in an order because my grandson wanted Mickey D's. I wanted him to try a real hamburger. I've been here before so I knew it was good, no great. I ordered him a bacon burger with fries and he loved it. Don't waste your time on those fast food chains when you can come here and get a real hamburger. 5 stars!“

“I held a non-profit networking event on the patio at HG Sply. The manager was supportive of our plans and flexible in helping me pull together the vision for the event. The guests and I loved the bowl buffet and avocado hummus. Waiters and bar service were kind and helpful.“

“Cool new location. Bar area has a great look and vibe as the center attraction when you enter. We sat at the bar and after a creative and yummy appy of elk sausage and creamy jalapeño polenta, we stayed for dinner.

Good news: my husband had the carne asada and a spicy cheese enchilada. He said it was the best dish he’s ever had. Huge portion, it can be split.

Needs Improvement: we sent the appy back because it was not hot. They made it right but it’s an unfortunate first impression of food. Bar tender was very nice and immediately took care of it

They accommodated my request of no potatoes, extra veggies on my petite filet steak dinner but they basically threw extra veggies on the plate. Not a good look

Finally it’s very pricey. We are from California and expect high priced food when we eat out. (Unfortunately) We did not expect it in downtown Fort Worth.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“Food is incredibly good. We had all appetizers and shared. Brisket potstickers, deviled eggs, and the chips and dip. Wow on all but those homemade chips were exceptional, even the leftover ones later. Service is amazing as well. Whole place was totally worth the valet parking (super hard to find free parking).

Parking: Parking is hard to find as very limited spaces on the street. Parking garages were not open. Not to say that others couldn't find parking but it is difficult“

Obviously under cooked (or off brand canned) black eye peas, dry mashed potatoes. I recommend breakfast with a couple modifications, but not lunch/dinner. Server (Mark) was friendly and attentive.“

She came back several times to see if we needed anything else. My sister was not satisfied with her meatloaf. Only because the sauce was catsup. The manager agreed to take half off the ticket, she had eaten most of the vegetables. We appreciated it. Bria was patient with us. It wasn’t busy so we asked her if she would take a few pictures of us. The entire experience was pleasant.“

The philly cheesesteak and cheddar cheese sauce I included in my fat sandwich was bomb! But the fat sandwiches aren’t my thing. It was too much going on for me to enjoy it. I guess the establishment doesn’t accept calls. No one answers the phone! When I arrived, it didn’t take long to prepare my order. The service was decent, and the establishment had a cool vibe.“

Parking: There are FREE reserved parking spots for the Paris Coffee Shop behind the building, but we found it by accident, so just keep your eyes peeled, lol.“
