Nothing Bundt Cakes

Today I decided to pick up a special Sunday treat for my kids and when I walked in there was a young lady at the counter helping someone with an order issue. She looked at me but didn’t say anything. I understood she was busy so I didn’t think anything of it in that moment. I stood there waiting and she asked another lady to help the customer and went into the back. I continued to wait my turn and the young lady came back to the front and started doing some things but never acknowledged me so I figured she was busy. A gentleman walked in and she looked at him and said..”I can help you over here sir.” I was a little annoyed but waited for her to finish with him and then approached the counter and said politely…that I had been waiting there. She said “sorry…I said I could help the next person!” NOT what she said..but I didn’t argue. She got my cupcakes, I paid..and she didn’t say bye or thank you or anything! Lol!! Meh…when you don’t treat your customers like they matter..you don’t ever get their business again! Simple concept. Hire people that get it. The cakes are just okay..especially for the price…I’ve had them many times before. But if I have to walk into a store to get them…that experience should be better than it was today.

Would give more stars for Kiah if I could. She’s all the things you ever want in a customer service person. She said I could have a little Jesus found on the counter. Cakes were excellent, as usual.

BEWARE: Midlo does not supply Classic Vanilla (their choice to exclude it). They are not sophisticated enough to remove vanilla as an available flavor on the online ordering system and they still run ads in store featuring it.

There was a young black lady working the register the day I had went and I didn't get her name. She was really nice and answered all of my questions about their items! She was very patient and knowledgeable. With her help I was able to purchase what I needed, and my guests loved the selection she picked out! Thank you!

Bought two cakes here today. The outside of the container of one had hair and chocolate all over it. Disappointed, definitely deterred me from eating my cake. I didnt see until i got home. Cake was also very dry. I have had these at multiple locations and this
by far is the worst. Definitely wasted my money. Just could not eat cakes. So sad

The girl (Emma, the name on the receipt) that attended me was rude, when she asked what size I wanted, I pointed to the one I wanted in the showcase. She asked if I wanted an 8” or a bundlet , I pointed again, she said I cants see what you are pointing at but didn’t even attempt to look over or anything, she did the same to the customer behind me. She took my order, then asked for my name and number, I asked why, she said it’d be a 10 minute wait, she should of stated that from the beginning, how did she know I would be ok with waiting. Never had a bad experience at other location.

Feeling disappointed that the promotion was not honored. We bought the blue Nothing Bundt Cakes cooler bag and were told anytime we buy 3 Bundtlets we would receive a fourth one for free at any location. We came to this location today and were told they would not honor the promotion. We love NBC but again, are disappointed that we were either lied to when we bought the bag or the associate was not informed of the promotion.

Omg Bentley is the best! She was so nice, informative, and so caring. I was celebrating getting my car out of the shop for over a month and she listened and really cared! She’s an awesome gal! She did a great job! Thank you Bentley!!!

This cakes are just delicious. Customer service is exceptional. I loved visiting here and ladie in counter is awesome, as a FedEx driver every time I go to deliver this location they are so attentive and sweet persons 💯
