This used to be our go-to pizza place in the area. They have a sign in front of the store, advertising pizza at $9.99 with three toppings. Apparently, they changed management because their service is not the same. They told us that the special is no longer available even though the sign is still posted in front of the store. I find that to be very poor service and a lack of accountability. We left and will not be returning.

My. Order was placed at 6:45 on the app. I even took my time coming to the store and arrived at 7:15 fully wxpefting my pizza to be finished. I walked into the store and asked the guy at the front desk for my order, to my surprise he said my pizza was not ready and it would be done in 30 minutes. I went to my car and waited 25 minutes before heading back I to the store to get in line. Once I reached the front desk I asked for an update on my order since I had already been waiting for 20 minutes more than I should have. The guy at the front desk couldn’t even find my mobile order and when he did apparently my pizza hadn’t even begun to be prepared and he said it would take “30-45 minutes more” on top of what I had already waited. At that point my frustration was over the top and I just cancelled my entire order. I can understand having a lot of orders and being busy but if that’s the case please let me know ahead of time instead of lying to me about the wait time so I’m not sitting in your parking lot wasting my time.

Ordered xlarge meat pizza Friday and paid to have onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms added. When we got it home there were absolutely no onions, bell peppers or mushrooms on it. I called and the gentleman that answered the phone told he personally made my pizza and the veggies were under the cheese- I told him I pulled up and looked under the cheese and they were NOT there. He argued that the were and h just dubiously thanked him and let it drop but I am quite disappointed in the lack of concern for a customer’s unhappiness with what they paid for vs. what they received! Don’t get me wrong the pizza was good but NOT what I ordered. Disappointed.

We have been ordering for 2 years now and still have not received a correct order. Tonight we got a medium when we paid for a large, and the toppings were incorrect. Called to get it fixed and they brought the wrong size and toppings AGAIN! Last time we ordered it took over 2 hours to get our replacement that they messed up on that order. Needless to say we are done ordering from Papa John’s.

Asked for extra sauce had very little sauce. Sparse toppings, poorly chopped onions, one slice had literally 0 cheese. Wings were cold and chewy.
I don’t think you can actually call this place Papa John’s as the food doesn’t resemble any sort of Papa John’s I have ever been to. We literally just got pizza and breadsticks and they both were not properly prepared. When I asked the staff what happened they just shrugged their shoulders. Not even an offer to remake, so I requested a refund and left.
