everytime I come to this EXACT pizza hut they take 30-40 minutes to make the tiniest slice of pizza & everyone gets their order before me even if I ordered less and ordered before them .Half the time my order is forgotten and I have to walk inside to finally receive it. I am currently sitting outside this establishment waiting for my order, & when I went to order, I saw the most disgusting server, dirty, sweaty, smelled horrible and made me not want to eat there anymore.What happened to having workers who are presentable and ready to work in the food industry. I shouldn’t gag at the sight of your workers. Do better Midlothian pizza hut. just gross.

Great atmosphere, amazing food in good service , very on time
There’s a guy in there with a beard and he made my order wrong. And when I asked him to remake it because he made it wrong he told me I had to buy another pizza. And I tried to contact customer service like go higher up and contact Pizza Hut and they never got back with me. Every other place where you buy food makes it right if they get it wrong, this place doesn’t. And I bought another pizza and that one was wrong too. All I asked for was for it to be well done and the dude gave me the second pizza that I had to pay for and it was black. How come if I go to Pizza Hut a town over it’s actually good and if I get it here the dude literally is just not making the pizza right. Literally was so frustrated by it like DONT GO TO PIZZA HUT IN MIDLOTHIAN, whatever you do. They are thieves. I spent almost 30$ and I was only wanting to spend 12$ why is it my fault that the dude made my order wrong. I also wanted easy sauce and it looked like he put extra sauce on it.

Service was OK, however, when I placed a review as asked by the sign at the cashier the clerk was unable to give me the soda that was promised on advertisement. Not her fault that the coupon wasn’t in the system but also take the sign down if you can’t follow through on the promised reward

I order pizza online from Pizza Hut almost every week, but this particular location has been disappointing. I recently placed an order and received a Halloween scratch-off coupon that said I had earned free breadsticks. However, when I went to check out, the offer didn’t appear in my order.
I called the store, and the manager told me that none of the employees there eat from Pizza Hut and that she had no idea what coupon I was referring to. She showed no concern or willingness to help, and it felt like she thought I made the promotion up. Her attitude was very rude, and because of this experience, I’ll no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut.
