We were the only ones in the store and no one was in the drive thru. We waited a while before anyone came to the front and then half an hour before I asked where our food was at. As soon as I brought it up it took less than 5 minutes for them to bring out our food. They offered us a cookie as consolation but refused a refund. I have been a long time fan of Schlotsky's but today was horrible. It was warm and humid inside which made dining in a sweaty experience. It took 25 minutes to get our food and they were not overly busy. They got our order wrong and kept correcting other orders. It has been a while since I have eaten here and maybe that is why...

I have always been a fan of Schlotsky’s but this place is absolutely disgusting. We paid $18.00 for 2 sandwiches that were not edible. The entire sandwiches were dripping with grease/oil which made the bread soggy. Don’t understand what they are doing but it isn’t good. Will NEVER go back here!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
