I moved to Midlothian not too long ago and I use Uber eats, this has got to be the worst sonic I've ever ordered from, nothing is ever right, usually the driver is the one that's not good but I ordered a triple smasher combo and got a plain cheeseburger how do you do that, couldn't at least make it a triple if you didn't have the stuff to make it and that's only one example I've given them multiple chances, I never wright reviews but it feels like this sonic just doesn't care and if the employees don't, get a new job don't screw over other people

Used to be able to get pretty decent food here. But I won't eat here again after the other day. Took our grand baby for lunch and it was just nasty. The high chair looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. I had to clean my own table.. we couldn't even enjoy our food for having to swat all the gnats away. I told the girls at the register and all they said was, "yes , we've told our manager and there's nothing more we can do" . Not their fault. But they did not seem to really care. It's just nasty. Do better. You're serving food

I've ordered the garlic bacon burger 5 times now with no onions (I don't like onions) and every single time without fail I still have onions on my burger. I know that's not one star review worthy but literally the last handful of time I ask for no onions and always get onions, this last time I asked for no onions the lady on the intercom said "the number 5 doesn't come with onions, do you still want mayo" and yet there was still onions on my burger and I don't know why she asked about the mayo, because I didn't say anything about mayo at all. I just don't want onions man.

Not entirely sure how this place runs out of ice cream inventory so often, but they do.
Closing times need to be updated on Google & Yelp. It's confusing and disappointing when we show up and the close time is way off from what was put on Google maps.

The manager at this sonic is not professional at all I simply asked her a question and she went off on me. She didn't even treat her own employees right from what I saw. I don't remember her name but it started with an S I'm pretty sure she's a manager.
