I really love my Starbucks store unfortunately my order under my husband's yesterday morning was wrong?. Tasted like cold milk. Two items weren't added to my coffee?. I called and informed Chris. He quickly said ok, when you come back tell them you spoke with Chris and will get that right for you. I called today to say my name and the coffee wasn't made correctly and Chris said to tell you I spoke with him yesterday. Click?, the young male who answered phone slammed...
Been my daily spot for years, superior midlothian Starbucks location. Rein + Cris make my day literally everyday, they are always leaving me in a better mood than I walk in with, star employees!!
Stars that I earned in the app wouldn't work for the drink I was trying to redeem. The barista was really nice and couldn't figure out what was wrong, so she comped my drink. Great customer service at this location every time
