I watched the store manager be overly aggressive to her employees. She is constantly pointing and aggressively telling them that they’re wrong when they are just trying to help each other out. I was trying to get my order taking at the counter and the manager rudely told one of her employees, “SHE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DOING THAT” and the employee had to walk over and take over in the middle of me ordering. I’m not mad I had to repeat my order, I’m mad that she embarrasses her employees while standing there doing nothing herself. She could have easily came and taken my order instead of yelling at her employees to go do it while everyone was busy. I have seen this aggressive behavior multiple times. I believe her name is Kara. I do not recommend this location, as I do not support a manager who nonstop aggressively embarrasses her employees. Not a good environment.

This is the best starbucks! They make the best matcha latte! Ive been to other starbucks where they dont fully blend it, but they have never once given me a mild tasting drink! 10 out of 10! You guys kick butt during the busy hours too! Pay them more!

Chloe is absolutely amazing! Every time I stop by the Midlothian Starbucks, she’s so friendly and welcoming — always greeting people with a smile. She’s super attentive and makes sure your order’s just right every time.
I also love the little drawings she adds to the cups — such a fun, personal touch that really brightens your day. Chloe makes this location feel extra special. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!

Cailyn is the best barista I’ve ever met. She never fails to make me feel welcome and makes the best coffee I’ve ever had. My dog had cancer and one of his favorite treats was a Starbucks pup cup. She made them the best, and made him an extra special one for his last day. She is an angel on earth and I couldn’t imagine better customer service. Whatever you’re paying her should be doubled!
