Cailyn is the best barista I’ve ever met. She never fails to make me feel welcome and makes the best coffee I’ve ever had. My dog had cancer and one of his favorite treats was a Starbucks pup cup. She made them the best, and made him an extra special one for his last day. She is an angel on earth and I couldn’t imagine better customer service. Whatever you’re paying her should be doubled!

This location has just gotten so tip happy. Here’s the thing; I don’t mind tipping for good service, but don’t ask me for a tip before the service because it will be 0% every time. This place seems to have produced worst coffees and service this year compared to last year and they want a tip. Y’all should be tipping me for giving you my business. All is good though because I’ll just start going to the one in Kroger or across town at this point.

No service by time of request will always equal 0%.

This is one of the poorest run locations that I visit and sadly I spend thousands every year, mostly at this location. I think I'm at the point, that is gonna stop. Some, not all of their employees are as rude as they come. They represent Starbucks in very negative way. The culture at this location is horrid and of course it points to a weak manager which translates to bad experiences with customers. Not crazy customers just those who want to get their drinks/food and leave, not have to deal with very rude employees. Sometimes people have a bad day but a few at this location are consistent with this behavior.

I got an iced coffee and it was bitter tasted sour and asked for a remake and she gave me the exact drink and didn’t say anything. I asked for almond milk and that tasted spoiled too, just overall a bad experience. I threw away both drinks and paid for nothing.

Coffee is good here. Baristas are nice for the most part, with the exception of a few. Establishment is clean. Just don’t pay with a $50 or $100 bill even if your order is $40 they will tell you they can’t take bills. Manager says it’s company policy, yet other Starbucks in town take larger bills without a problem I’ve never seen or heard of this “said” policy. Yet there is no sign that says they don’t take $50 or $100 bills anywhere. I’ve paid multiple times with bills here I guess it’s just sometimes they don’t. This place is pretty busy so I wouldn’t think why cash would be a issue. I had to leave my whole order at the window earlier. 3 coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and a bakery item. I hope they at least gave them away or someone got to eat it, if not that’s very wasteful.

Locky helped us and this guy can hustle. He was friendly, prompt and polite when he took our order then he worked fast to get our order out. A big improvement to the team. Good job!

I simply ask what kind of cold brews or chai teas they had, the lady kept telling me they could put anything on top of those when I was simply just asking for a few suggestions or options that they offer regularly. I doubt you put “Anything”, And seeing that I’m not a barista, I don’t know every single item that Starbucks has for these drinks. I guess it’s cool to be young and think you’re hit for knowing everything that your job has but in reality you’re there to help the guest not be passive aggressive when I asked for different options. I’m guessing they really like working there for fun cause I would never tip with service like this.

I love this location! Everyone is so friendly when I come in. There have been a few times when the entire store was very very packed & i did go unnoticed but they do their best to give everyone individual attention which i appreciate. The games & coloring pages are a really nice touch to have to keep my kids occupied so i can actually have my coffee hot in the morning
