Cailyn is the best barista I’ve ever met. She never fails to make me feel welcome and makes the best coffee I’ve ever had. My dog had cancer and one of his favorite treats was a Starbucks pup cup. She made them the best, and made him an extra special one for his last day. She is an angel on earth and I couldn’t imagine better customer service. Whatever you’re paying her should be doubled!
Coffee is good here. Baristas are nice for the most part, with the exception of a few. Establishment is clean. Just don’t pay with a $50 or $100 bill even if your order is $40 they will tell you they can’t take bills. Manager says it’s company policy, yet other Starbucks in town take larger bills without a problem I’ve never seen or heard of this “said” policy. Locky helped us and this guy can hustle. He was friendly, prompt and polite when he took our order then he worked fast to get our order out. A big improvement to the team. Good job!
