I waited 25 minutes for an egg McMuffin meal and when I asked why it took so long the “manager” barely spoke English couldn’t give me an answer. It’s ridiculous. This is the worst run restaurant in Ellis county. The service here is HORRIBLE.
Just went through the drive thru with my daughter and I got the 2/$5. Filet-o-fish and the double quarter pounder. Picture is of my cheeseburger. I am 9 months pregnant, I cannot have Raw Meat!
I have called the store literally 10 times to discuss this with a manger and no one seems to care to answer the phone. I am very disappointed. My daughter eats there once a week after her gymnastics.
This is ridiculous.

The restaurant is a fun place for kids to have fun while they eat.
In conclusion, while there are some issues, McDonald's has a very good reputation, and the service could be better.
